Do I have to do a Discovery Call?

Ideally, yes! The Discovery Call provides our team with the ability to assess what assistance you're needing, help you map out what to delegate and maybe even suggest some tasks you've not thought of. It also ensures that we're a good fit for you and vice versa.

Do I pay hourly or do I purchase a plan?

At this time, we do not offer hourly services. We operate off of a retainer method where our clients purchase a set number of hours each month.

Do my hours roll over?

Plan hours are for a one month time frame. We'll make sure they're spent efficiently.

If I run out of hours, can I purchase additional hours?

You can purchase additional hours (up to five) for $30/hour. Subject to assistant availability.

How does the additional user work?

Additional users can be added to your account for a fee (see What We Do). Your additional user has the ability to delegate tasks, but you will both share your plan hours. (i.e. both of you will share 55 hours on the VIP plan.)

Do you offer annual plans?

Yes, please contact us for details and discounts on annual plans.

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds for unused time.

 

Other important information to know:

Our assistants take the standard Federal holidays off.  You will be reminded of their time off two weeks prior.

Assistants may also take personal time for vacations, family gatherings, etc. When this occurs, you will be notified at least two weeks in advance.  During their time away, you have the option of another assistant or we can add additional time to your following month's plan.  For example, if your assistant averages two hours of work for you each day and is gone for two business days, we would credit your plan the following month for four additional hours.
