As a Rockstar Virtual Assistant, you will support individual clients and small teams by providing high-quality professional administrative services. You will be expected to execute various tasks and projects on time and to the highest level of quality—as well as familiarizing yourself with each client’s needs and preferences. Excellent communication and adaptability are a must—after all, your contributions are allowing our clients to save time and focus on growing their businesses!


Candidate Requirements

- Clear, precise and professional written and verbal communication skills—as well as strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to successfully multi-task, pick up new skills and programs with ease, and respond well to stress in a fast-paced environment.

- Meticulous attention to detail.  Whether you're managing a client's inbox, booking hotel reservations or scheduling a meeting, it is crucial that our assistants complete each task with precision and accuracy.

- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, and be able to accurately type at least 50 WPM.

- At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant. 

- Available to work 8:00 am to 5:00pm Pacific Time (Monday - Friday). Other shifts may become available.

- Own a working computer, internet and phone.
